These Terms of Use govern your use of the BeMuscle mobile application provided by the BeMuscle team.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all use of the App.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. The App automatically creates an anonymous account on first launch
  2. Camera and notification permissions may be required to use all features
  3. You may set a username and icon for ranking display
  4. Your username and icon are shown to other users in rankings and round result screens
  5. Users under 13 may not use this App

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

  1. Any act in violation of laws or public order
  2. Unauthorized access to the App's servers or ranking systems
  3. Reporting completion without actually performing squats, using multiple accounts simultaneously, or impersonating others with external tools
  4. Setting a username or icon that impersonates others, infringes third-party rights, or is offensive or inappropriate
  5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
  6. Any other activity deemed inappropriate by us

Article 4 (Rankings and Displayed Information)

  1. The App may show your username, icon, rank, reps, and related round results to other users
  2. Ranks, reps, badges, and related results may vary depending on the App's detection logic and network conditions

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App is a fitness assistance tool and does not provide medical advice
  2. If you experience pain or discomfort during squats, stop immediately and consult a physician

Article 6 (Account Deletion)

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account in the App.

Article 7 (Governing Law)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our location
